Recent Transaction News
Recent transactions include acting as lead advisors for the owners of Kittiwake Developments Limited in its sale to Parker Hannifin Corporation, in the field of condition monitoring; the sale of RDI, an online learning business, to Capella Education of the USA; and raising funds for Absolute Radio International, manager and consultancy to the radio and media industry.
During the course of 2012 we saw a further uplift in activity, in particular in the engineering and technology sectors with interest arising predominantly from overseas strategic acquirers; the first half of 2013 is proving equally busy.
