We are delighted to announce that Rockworth has advised the shareholders of Pinnacle Marketing Communications Limited on their successful transaction with Next Fifteen Communications Group PLC. This adds to Rockworth’s successful string of completions this year, acting as lead advisor to this entrepreneurial business.
Pinnacle is a specialist technical content and digital marketing business with customers in the electronics, telecoms and engineering sectors, including Toshiba Electronics, Sandvik Coromant and European Telecommunications Standards Institute.
The company was co-founded in 1996 by Managing Director Simon Flatt, who will remain in the business. Pinnacle will be managed as one business alongside Publitek, which joined the Next 15 Group in March 2016.
Tim Dyson, CEO of Next 15, commented: “Pinnacle extends our deep tech marketing capabilities and will enable us to accelerate our plans to build a similar business in the US.”
Simon Flatt, Pinnacle MD, said: “Pinnacle has built a solid reputation for developing and delivering integrated, content-based marketing communications campaigns that target highly technical global audiences. It is clear that Next 15 truly recognises the value of this content-led approach. By becoming part of this dynamic, international group, we believe we can further enhance the value we bring to our existing clients, take better advantage of global opportunities, and further accelerate plans for growth.”
Rockworth acted as Lead Advisor to Pinnacle’s owner, Simon Flatt.
Rockworth’s advice and guidance played a key role in the acquisition process at every step of the way – from creating the initial datasheet to the conclusion of final negotiations. In particular, the team’s exceptional support during due diligence was fundamental to meeting a very tight timeline that was just six weeks from formal offer to completion.
