Cherwell Laboratories Limited, a specialist supplier of products for environmental monitoring and process validation for healthcare, pharmaceutical and industrial applications invested alongside the Development Bank of Wales in Pinpoint Scientific, a Wales-based designer and manufacturer of microbial environmental monitoring equipment primarily for the pharmaceutical market.
Rockworth acted as Cherwell’s dedicated advisor and managed the investment process within a very tight timescale.
The equity ownership will enable Cherwell to strengthen its relationship and cooperation with Pinpoint as well as its position as an exclusive distributor for some of Pinpoint’s products in the UK and EU.
