We are delighted to announce that Rockworth has advised the shareholders of Jacaranda Productions on their successful transaction with Communisis PLC. This adds to Rockworth’s successful line of completions this year, acting as sole lead advisor to entrepreneurial businesses.

Lawrence Price led the transaction, working closely with Gus and Katie the owners, and working alongside corporate partner, Mark Wesker of Osborne Clarke solicitors in Bristol.
