Helping business owners reach their exit goals, through a unique combination of investment and collaboration.
Selling your company can be a challenging process. Strategic or commercial issues can make it difficult to attract potential buyers. And the market’s view of the value of your business may not match your aspirations.
We created the Rockworth Partners Fund to offer business owners a new way to achieve the exit they are aiming for.
The Fund helps owners take a structured and focussed approach to building the value of their company.
Rockworth works side-by-side with shareholders and management teams to fulfil the potential of the business and ultimately achieve a full and successful exit.
We make an investment in your business based on its current valuation, providing an immediate return to existing shareholders. The size of our stake is negotiable – the important thing is that it gives us ‘skin in the game’ for the next step.
We will help you to create a business plan designed to increase the value of your company and iron out the issues that could be a barrier to achieving a successful final exit. Once the business plan is agreed, we will work closely alongside you for the next three to five years to help your business grow.
When the business is ready, we will complete the sale, allowing all owners to fully realise the value of their shares. In some circumstances there could be an interim step, where the original owners of the business exit, whilst Rockworth stays on as an investor and strategic partner, helping the management team to keep growing the business.
