Lawrence has over 15 years lead advisory corporate finance experience working with privately owned companies. Lawrence’s work includes sales, acquisitions, MBO/MBI, and fund-raising with completed transactions ranging from £1m to £75m in value. With experience of over 100 transactions, these include the sales of Rubicon Drinks to AG Barr, Kittiwake Developments to Parker Hannifin Inc and Core Design to Omnicom Inc.
Previous experience includes heading up the Thames Valley office of a London-based corporate finance firm, TMT corporate finance experience with Longacre Partners, now part of Jefferies. Prior roles include Operations Business Manager, British American Racing Formula One team. Lawrence now also enjoys a strong relationship with the Said Business School, having been invited to sit on their financial services panel, and is also non-executive director to two successful private businesses.

William is responsible for managing research and transactions within a range of sectors including leisure and business services. His recent transactions include the sale of Clarice Leisure to Bannatyne Fitness, the sale of the Octavian Group to CE Facilities Management, as well as specialist marketing services, and niche manufacturing transactions. Prior to Rockworth, William worked for Alchemy Partners, the London based Private Equity fund.

His past experience has included the food & beverage, environmental testing, digitisation technology, and B2B distribution sectors.

Tom is responsible for managing transactions and their associated research. Tom’s recent work includes transactions in the areas of healthcare and distribution but his experience also includes financial and business services transactions. Prior to Rockworth, Tom was COO of Semblent, a data-focussed financial services business, and before this he was an analyst at New Link Consulting.

John is responsible for financial analysis, valuation and due diligence aspects associated with our transactional work.
Before joining Rockworth, John worked for hedge fund administrators State Street Alternative Investment Solutions and HedgeServ, in Dublin, dealing with clients with AUMs ranging from $25m to over £1billion. Primary responsibilities included calculating NAV’s for dealing date valuations and analysis. After which John moved into Business Transformation where he was involved in the analysis, deployment and adoption of business information systems.

Zuzana is responsible for managing research, financial modelling and the preparation of transaction documentation.
