Lawrence Price
Director with over 10 years lead advisory corporate finance experience working with privately owned companies. Experience includes sales, acquisitions, MBO/MBI, and fund-raising with completed transactions ranging from £1m to £75m in value.
Previous experience includes heading up the Thames Valley office of a London-based corporate finance firm, TMT corporate finance experience with Longacre Partners, now part of Jefferies. Prior roles include Operations Business Manager, British American Racing Formula One team. Lawrence now also enjoys a strong relationship with the Said Business School, having been invited to sit on their financial services panel.

Clifford Brown
Clifford has more than 10 years corporate finance experience largely from within blue chip corporate environments. Prior to Rockworth, he was UK financial controller and head of strategic financial planning for Harley Davidson Europe where, as part of the senior management team, he made a significant contribution towards the double digit growth of motorcycle volumes achieved across EMEA. Previously Clifford spent 6 years at Reuters Group PLC working on a wide range of projects including building the joint venture with Dow Jones that resulted in the formation of Factiva, a leading provider of global business information and news.

David Hart
Director with over 25 years experience in corporate finance and corporate tax, specializing in transactional work as well as pre-sale value-generation consultancy. Previous experience includes 10 years with Coopers and Lybrand working with mainly multi-national clients. Founding, building and exiting a tax management technology business used by the majority of major accountancy firms and over 600 of the UK’s largest businesses.

David Wrench
Corporate Finance Manager with commercial exposure gained through experience of both business advisory and PLC head office environments. Prior to Rockworth, he was working for Waterlogic Plc within their in-house M&A team set up to develop the group’s corporate strategy following a successful IPO on AIM. David qualified as an ACA with RSM Tenon in 2008 whilst working primarily within the firm’s External Audit and Transaction Services department. Following qualification, he then spent two and a half years at Vodafone Group Plc working within the Group Reporting department with a significant focus on the accounting and reporting implications of the group’s transaction activity.
