Rockworth is first and foremost an entrepreneurial business.  Our unique approach to the transaction process is focussed very much on research and creativity. We engage with business leaders throughout an industry to test our thought process and to discuss individual strategies.  It is therefore essential that anyone in our team enjoys a high degree of autonomy, holds excellent interpersonal skills as well as having the ability to grasp the key commercial issues within a business.

Training - taken seriously from both sides of the table

 Our method focusses on strategic thinking applied to particular industry sectors. Previous corporate finance experience is therefore not a strict requirement, but we do value industrial and commercial management experience and an entrepreneurial attitude.
