The Winning Formula
Our last event was held at the Force India Formula One headquarters in the run up to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. 35 business owners and Directors had the chance to discuss their strategic options, consider the implications of buying and selling businesses and also have a guided tour around the fascinating Force India Formula One facility.
Driving Value
This complimentary seminar was designed to help business owners ‘get into the right gear’ in order to achieve an optimal exit. The subject matter included common pitfalls, valuation, how to prepare for a transaction and insights into the current market for privately owned businesses in the UK. The event was co-hosted with Brewin Dolphin Limited, one of the largest private client investment managers in the UK, and Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove, a niche tax and private client solicitors practice. Held at the Morgan Motor Company, the event was such a success we will be returning later in the summer for a repeat. As with all our events, they are strictly by invitation only, and if you would like to register your interest for the next one please fill out the form above. Of course, if you would like a conversation in the mean-time please dont hesitate to contact us for a free no obligation conversation.
“Virtual Seminar”: The Art of Appreciation
We took the step of filming one of our previous seminars, held at The Ashmolean Museum in central Oxford. Hosted in conjunction with Charles Russell LLP, www.charlesrussell.co.uk, the seminar again offered an introduction to the realities of sales and acquisitions of private businesses.
In response to a number of business owners who have requested a more private opportunity to understand how businesses are bought and sold, we have made available the video of the seminar upon request.
Please feel free to request access to this by contacting us in full confidence as shown below.
