Driving Value
This complimentary seminar is designed to help business owners ‘get into the right gear’ in order to achieve an optimal exit. The subject matter will include common pitfalls, valuation, how to prepare for a transaction and insights into the current market for privately owned businesses in the UK. We are co-hosting the event with Brewin Dolphin Limited, one of the largest private client investment managers in the UK, and Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove, a niche tax and private client solicitors practice.
Strictly by invitation only, we will be inviting guests to join us in Malvern, Worcestershire at The Morgan Motor Company on Tuesday, 21 September 2010. There will also be a guided tour of the oldest privately-owned car company in the world (www.morgan-motor.co.uk).

“Virtual Seminar”: The Art of Appreciation
Our recent seminar, held at The Ashmolean Museum in central Oxford was a great success. Hosted in conjunction with Charles Russell LLP, www.charlesrussell.co.uk, the seminar offered an introduction to the realities of sales and acquisitions of private businesses. Over 50 business owners and Directors considering company sales and acquisitions attended and enjoyed a relaxed evening amongst some wonderful art.
In response to a number of business owners who have requested a more private opportunity to understand how businesses are bought and sold, we have produced a video of the seminar which is available upon request.
Please feel free to request access to this by contacting us in full confidence as shown below.
