Rockworth Management Partners was founded in 1997, carrying out corporate transactions both in an advisory capacity and with team members acting as principal investors themselves. The team has since then grown and the company, initially based in London and Edinburgh, is now headquartered in Oxford providing a central location to service clients across the country.
As a company that has considerable experience as both advisor and principal, we have first hand experience of what it feels like to go through the process of a corporate transaction. We also have the clear understanding of the innovative thought and tenacity that is required to make sure a successful transaction is achieved.
Our method relies on industry-leading investment banking information sources, our bespoke databases to manage the information and most importantly our network. We are known to many corporate acquirers and other advisors who, aware that we are both independent and only charge our own vendor clients a fee, are happy to discuss their appetite in particular areas, thus providing depth and insight to our industry knowledge.
Secondly, we have the unique ability to bring genuinely current sector insight from industry insiders into our advisory process. This comes from our sister organisation, Intermediate Management Limited.
